Claire Menzies is Chairwoman and Founder of the Bristol-based creative collective Istoria Group, encompassing 3 creative sister agencies. Claire’s professional experience spans 30 years in the creative sector.
Claire’s current role at Istoria Group allows her to combine a career-long passion for promoting spiritual capital, entrepreneurship and sustainability, alongside 16 years as non-exec director of circular economy experts, International Synergies. Claire is a Fellow of the RSA and mentors a diverse range of entrepreneurs across creative and industry-wide sectors and is a sought-after speaker and writer on the circular economy and sustainability best practice.

Camilla Royce
Camilla Royce has worked with and assisted Martha Fiennes for the last four years on a number of film and digital art projects. She is also working with several other production companies in script development and film production.
​
Camilla is also a classically trained actress having completed repertory training at the Jermyn Street Theatre, London. She will be on hand as an actress for any retreat participants, as and required.
Will Masheter
Will Masheter began his filmmaking journey by self-producing a variety of short films, learning valuable lessons in front of, and behind the camera. He has successfully produced 9 x short films, 3 x features and a diverse commercial portfolio.

Will’s experience has taught him a multi-disciplinary set of skills that enable him to work and communicate comfortably across all production departments.
Hugo Andre
Hugo André is an award winning screenwriter / director based in England but originally from the south of France. Hugo recently wrapped on his latest feature film, Happy as Larry, shot entirely on the Isle of Skye. 4 years ago he wrote and directed his debut feature, Makeup, which went on to receive multiple distribution offers and release internationally on streaming platforms such as Amazon Prime and Apple TV.
As well as working on the filmmaking retreat alongside Martha Fiennes and business partner Will Masheter, Hugo is also working on the development for his third feature film.
Mercy Fiennes Tiffin
Mercy Fiennes Tiffin has gained invaluable experience in the film industry through her work as a personal assistant on various high-profile projects.
Her role has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of film production and the dynamics of the set environment.
